This page describes how GEO Engine handles information in this first version of the AI Readiness Test. It is written in plain language rather than as a formal legal notice, and it will be expanded as the product grows.

When you run a test

We record the website address you submitted, the address it resolved to, the results of each check and the time of the test. We also record a short technical identifier derived from your network address, used only to limit how many tests can be run in an hour.

We request publicly available pages from the website you name. We do not send cookies or credentials, and we do not run any scripts from the site being tested.

Results links

Each test has a results address containing a random identifier. Anyone with that link can view those results, so share it only with people you are happy to show. Results pages are not indexed by search engines.

When you request the complete report

If you submit the report request form, we store your name, email address, business name and your consent alongside that test. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about the report you requested. Those details are never publicly readable and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Payments and monitoring

Payments for a Complete Audit or a monitoring plan are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We keep a record of your plan, your payment status, your audit credits and your monitoring schedule so that your account works correctly and so you can be invoiced or refunded.

If you turn on scheduled checks, we run an audit of your own website on that schedule and email you when the result changes. You can stop scheduled checks from your dashboard at any time.

Access, correction and deletion

Email info@geoenginetools.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to have a test or your contact details deleted, or to ask any question about stored audit or report request information. Please include the relevant website or results address so we can find the right record.
